My name is Zoë and I am a qualified interior designer that focuses on sophisticated design decisions that impact positively upon your well-being. My focus is residential design, helping clients transform their home into a sanctuary by creating a balanced and welcoming atmosphere through sustainable, eco and biophilic choices.

Along with a strong eye for detail, design and spacial awareness, I will bring a good knowledge of healthier products and decor materials for the home to any project discussion. I have sourced furniture and styled Air BnBs, designed floor plans and rooms with impact to increase revenues for HMOs and worked with residential clients to design and renovate bathrooms, ensuite and full house redesigns. I can work with your architect and builder or bring on my own.
I am warm and approachable, and pride myself on being an effective solution finder, working consistently to exceed client’s expectations. Having a client’s best interests and aesthetic preferences is at the heart of each and every project.

Three different services….
Hourly consultation
A consultation at your home or Zoom. This is perfect for a mini project where you want to work with the furniture and items you already have in your home. I provide a fresh eye to immediately evaluate and identify suggestions for change to furniture placement, colour and style. Elevating the look and feel, or helping make it more practical for those living there.
Or if you are at the start of a renovation or build, I can help you figure out how to best layout a space working with the architectural drawings.
A one hour consultation is £95. Followed by the hourly rate of £75/hour. I will travel up to an hour from Southend-on-sea.
ROOM REDESIGN
Each project is unique and I will work in harmony with you to bring your design dream to life. An assessment of the space, and a clear understanding of your expectations and preferences for design work will be gathered in an initial consultation at your home.
A one hour consultation is £95. Followed by the hourly rate of £75/hour
Then based upon the size of space, your preferences for design boards, floor layouts and CADs, and the amount of furniture sourcing required, I will produce a project and fee proposal - with transparent costs based on the expected amount of time required to complete the project.
This is perfect for a room revamp or renovation. I keep clients informed at each stage of the design journey, offering one rework within the fee structure. These design tools will give you everything you need to purchase materials and furniture along with a clear vision on how to decorate and create your dream space.
Pricing starts from £795 a room
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Overseeing a renovation or redesign can be quite a challenge. I can take away that headache by project managing it from start to finish. I will create a project timescale with key milestones, deadlines and pinch points; gather quotes; secure dates with trade; carry out an RA (risk assessment); oversee the work; smooth any wrinkles, whilst ensuring the project runs to schedule & budget, keeping you fully informed along the way.
